Looking Back On 2019!

2019 was an amazing year and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished. It was our biggest year to date and what a wonderful and wild ride it was.  

We grew our incredible team and have some of the most passionate people who make this train move seamlessly everyday. Our remote team is located all over the world - throughout the US, Canada, The Netherlands and Germany - and this group of travelers worked their butts off as we really became a KUSSHI family. Without them, we would not have achieved everything we did and I am grateful for them everyday. 

We launched our wholesale program and are now in over 25 retail locations throughout the US, Canada, and Belgium. We don’t take partnership lightly as these partners are hand-selected and are truly an extension of our brand. We couldn’t be prouder to have our products at each and every spa, salon and luxury retailer. 

Our Pocket Organizer was launched along with our limited edition makeup bag colors. The Black and Teal fabric collection sold out in a flash, while our Camel Leather Signature bag was beloved by editors and influencers around the globe. 

We were featured as one of Forbes Best Makeup bags and Oprah’s favorite makeup bags. Our products were featured in a number of publications from PopSugar to InsiderHook, BuzzFeed, Working Mother and Gael. We were super excited to be part of the Grammys and Oscars Nominee Gift Bags as well as the VIP Gift Bags for the CMAs. We were nominated for Best in Show by Indie Beauty Expo and were on Good Morning Dallas with their Founder, Jillian. 

We had two KUSSHI Morning Makeover Events - in NYC and Los Angeles - and are so excited to continue these events with our retail partners in 2020. Meeting both our customers and those new to the brand was an incredible experience and we can’t wait to continue learning more about you and what you want to see from us next year. 

The most important part of our business that we celebrate everyday is you, our customer. Thank you for helping us to build this special community of travelers looking for a functional solution to their makeup storage needs. Your support has meant everything to me and to our entire team and we are so grateful to be part of your makeup and travel routine.
