Our Everyday Makeup Bag is our smallest bag used for daily essentials that you would keep it your purse.

The Signature Makeup Bag is our Medium and original size we launched with. This is perfect for a small to medium makeup collection or for a long weekend of traveling.

The Vacationer Makeup Bag is our Largest makeup bag. This is perfect for a medium to large collection as well as skin care or beauty products you need for a week away.

Our Organizers are made to keep everything from your brushes, pencils, lipsticks to your toothbrush and razor organized and easy to access. They fold in half and snap directly into both our Signature and Vacationer Makeup Bags as well as our Clutch Covers. Have all of your favorite items right at your fingertips making your morning routine at home and on the go so much faster.

We have 3 Organizers:

-Brush Organizer: 11 compartments for brushes, pencils, lipstick and more

-Pocket Organizer: 4 compartments for brushes and one large clear pocket for everything else.

-Double Pocket Organizer: 2 large clear pockets for brushes, tubes, hair ties and more.

The clutch cover is another home for our organizers. Both of our organizers snap into the clutch cover as well the Signature & Vacationer makeup bags. If you want to fill up your makeup bag and don't have room to snap in your organizer, you can snap the organizer into the clutch cover and easily take everything with you. 

The Clutch Cover is not intended to fit inside of any of our makeup bags.

Orders & Shipping

Unfortunately, once an order Is placed, changes are not able to be made.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an address error, there will be an $8.50 charge to reship your order via standard shipping.

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of your order being received in our system. All orders placed after noon EST on Friday will ship out on the next Monday.

How much does shipping cost?*

Economy (7—14 business days) is $10, or free if value is over $60

Expedited (2-3 business days) is $25

Overnight (next business day) is $42

All orders are shipped from our shipping facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California, right outside of Los Angeles. 

All of our orders are shipping out using either DHL/USPS or Fedex.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping is sent via DHL and delivered via USPS.

2-3 Day Express is sent via Fedex Express.

Overnight is sent via Fedex Overnight

Yes! We offer Free Shipping for orders over $60 that are being shipped within the United States. Orders with Free Shipping will be shipped Standard shipping.

All orders shipped outside of the United States have Fedex shipping rates offered at checkout. You can choose between duties prepaid or paid at delivery depending on your country.

Yes! We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Fedex for an additional charge.

No. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes international orders. Duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout or can be paid once the order is received. 

Returns + Exchanges

If for any reason our bags don’t work for you, we have a 45 day return policy. In order to receive your full refund, all products must be returned in new condition within 45 days or your order being placed. Please email us at with the products you would like to return and we will email you a printable pre-paid return shipping label. Only products purchased from our website within the United States are able to be returned.

If you have not received an email in your inbox within 72 hours of requesting a return, please check your spam and junk folders.

Cleaning + Care

Our fabric products are so easy to clean! Just throw them in the washing machine on the delicate cycle using cold water with like colors and you are good to go. Don’t forget to hang dry.

All of our leather bags can be spot cleaned on the exterior with a damp towel. The interior has has a removable lining. So zipout the lining and throw it in the washing machine on the delicate cycle using cold water. Hang dry so they don’t shrink. We don’t want you to have a hard time zipping your liner back into your makeup bag.

Not all stains will come out of your KUSSHI bags, but many of them will with a stain stick. For tough stains, we recommend pretreating overnight with color-safe bleach before washing.

Our leather Clutch Covers can be spot cleaned on both the exterior and interior with a damp towel. These are not machine washable.

Bottle Protectors are made of premium neoprene to keep your glass bottles protected on the go. If you need to clean them, we recommend cleaning spot cleaning them only. Washing them in the washing machine could damage the rubber properties of the neoprene.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so all KUSSHI products are built to last. While we don’t have a formal product guarantee, if you do run into any issues with any of our products, please send us an email at We are more than happy to help on a case by case basis.

Route Shipping Insurance

Route is a package protection insurance program that will do just that, protect your order! Route will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed, outlining any processes you may need if there is an issue with the transit or a loss of your product. Any issues are seamlessly handled by the Route Customer Service Team.

*We will not be responsible for any items that are lost or stolen if Route shipping insurance is not added to your order.

Marked As Delivered (Missing/Stolen)

● Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
● Orders over $100 USD require a police report (The Route customer service team members are experts at this. They will provide you with ALL the information you need to complete this process with step-by-step guidance, and will keep you up to date with future developments).

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

● Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date.

● Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date.

Damaged In Transit

● File shipping issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

For Standard shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 7-14 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.

Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times.

On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
