Unused KUSSHI products can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.
All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. If items are purchased as a set, the must be returned as a set.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in new condition without any makeup stains or damages. It must also be in the original packaging.
At this time, we are not able to provide exchanges, but we can send you a shipping label to return your original KUSSHI order and then you can place another order on our website for the items you would like instead.
