Everyone’s morning routine looks different and the same goes for us here at Team KUSSHI. How you start your day is important to lay the course for the rest of the day. Curious how each of us starts our day? Check out our morning routines.
First thing I do when I wake up:

Go-to morning breakfast:
A plant-based yogurt topped with fruits or toast with jam, green tea and OJ.
I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I'll have a Nespresso (Bianco Forte) with almond milk then a vanilla protein shake with flax seed and collagen after working out.
I typically don’t eat breakfast until around 10:30 or 11am as I eat dinner really late (around 9:30pm). Most days I will have an organic protein smoothie with greens, berries and collagen as well as a turmeric or green tea with lemon.
What I listen to in the morning:
I like to start my day with a quick morning meditation to set my intentions and to start the day peacefully. The Insight Timer app is my go-to app for all things meditation. After that it’s time to turn up the volume and get in a good mood with either one of my many playlists on Spotify or my favorite album at the moment. Currently playing: Chloe x Halle - Ungodly Hour album. It’s so good!
My son and I like to listen to audio books during breakfast time. We're finishing the three part series of "The Last Musketeer" by Stuart Gibbs. I'm listening to The Huntress: A Novel by Kate Quinn.
I typically listen to my morning news round up on my Google Home to catch up on what is going on around the world. Once I start my work day I usually will put on a focus or soft classical spotify playlist to keep me on track while working from home.
